Snappshoppy.com offers the order cancellation policy only when before product shipment. Shipping expenses are non-returnable after the order is dispatched.
Snappshoppy.com has multiple options to cancel the order after placing an order. You can call and cancel the order at any time. Likewise, you can appeal for order cancellation through our mail at support@snappshoppy.com.
After receiving the affirmation from a buyer, we will verify and cancel an order as the buyer requested.
Return Policy:
Snappshoppy.com return policy is applicable only for five days after receiving the shipment. On the off chance that it is surpassed by over five days, we can’t offer you a return or refund as per our policy.
Eligibility Criteria for Return Policy:

Refund Policy:
When we receive the returned product, we will send an email affirmation that we have gotten your returned product back. Our quality check team will probe the returned product and inform you about the endorsement or rejection of your refund.
If you have obtained the refund approved confirmation via email/WhatsApp from our end. Refund will be automatically processed to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy:
Generally, the exchange policy does not apply to our platform. Snappshoppy.com only replaces an item if they are flawed or harmed in delivery. Some certain incidents that you need to exchange for the flawed or damaged product, kindly send an immediate solicitation mail to support@snappshoppy.com.
We will check the stock availability with our warehouse team for your required product. If stock is available for your order, the exchange is possible. In case out of stock for that required product, an exchange is not possible for your order.
